RETURN POLICY

For returns, kindly include the Yinka MB shoe box and dustbag.
When sending your package back, remember to safeguard the Yinka MB box by using the provided carton. Please note that we can only accept and process the return of unworn shoes.
Regrettably,
damaged, soiled, or shoes returned without the original box might not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
Before dispatch, our packing team thoroughly inspects each order leaving our warehouse. Should you receive a damaged item, kindly reach out to us without delay.
          

RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES

 For returns, kindly take care of customs duties and taxes. Any items returned with unpaid duties/taxes (at your expense) might be detained at customs. Please be aware that we wont be responsible for these charges, and it will be necessary for you to liaise with your courier to address this issue. Should we encounter any associated fees, they will be subtracted from your refund.
  

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate exchanges currently. Should you decide to exchange a product, kindly initiate a return, and subsequently place a new order for the desired item.
